Curry Chickpea Soup

This is one of my favourite soups to make, the first soup I made when I moved to alberta. I followed this recipe but made a few adjustments as I was cooking. If you like curry taste as much as I do I highly recommend adding an extra teaspoon of curry powder. I also added some Thai red curry paste to taste to the soup. The first time I made this I thought about how good it'd taste with chicken. The next time I fried up some chicken while I was frying the garlic and onions. It was a tasty addition.

Dill Pickle Soup

This is a recipe that my step father introduced to me. He used this recipe with a few alterations to suit our taste buds. For instance, we didn't add any carrots to the recipe, only potatoes and dill pickles, although, if I were to make it again I'd add chicken. Next time around I dont think I would pack the flour when I measure it, my first batch of soup seemed to be too thick. It's a nice soup for a cold fall day.

Apple Crisp

This apple crisp recipe works best with crab apples. I made a youtube video where I make the apple crisp. It turned out really good. I used this recipe but very loosely. I cooked the apple crisp at 375 degrees farenheit. I don't know for how long, I just checked it in between doomscrolling on TikTok. This is a really easy recipe that requires very little attention to detail, perfect for a bake and bake
